FULL RENOVATIONS

At Handy Renovation, we begin every full renovation with a solid foundation. Working closely with our designer, we create tailored ideas and drawings that meet your specific needs. These plans serve as the basis for a detailed project outline, including a material list, and provide a formal quote. This comprehensive groundwork is essential for starting any legal basement renovation, whether for personal use or rental purposes. Throughout the project, we offer ongoing consultations to ensure everything stays on track and is completed within a reasonable timeframe.

CARPENTRY

From the finished drawings, a detailed floor plan will be created. The walls can then be erected, and the mechanical systems installed.

DRYWALL

Once the mechanical systems are in place, we can begin the boarding process and start transforming the space in preparation for taping and painting.

PAINTING

Once the taping is complete and the walls and ceilings are primed, it's time to choose the paint colour that best suits your decor.

FLOORING

Choosing the right flooring to suit your budget is one of the most important decisions in any renovation, whether you're working with a subfloor or a cement base. You can choose from options like tile, laminate, or hardwood.

FINISHED CARPENTRY

Once the doors are installed, you can choose baseboards and moulding to give the project its final touch. Whether by the bundle or by the foot, we’ll help you select the materials that align with your existing decor or introduce upgrades to elevate the space.

Everything is built to last a lifetime. We ensure all installations include a waterproof membrane behind shower tiles and a solid foundation under floor tiles to prevent cracking. We’ll also help you select the perfect tile patterns and grout colours to complement your decor.
